We met Jeff by chance and were we lucky. From the beginning I felt comfortable with him. His knowledge of the area and its people was amazing. He really knows his business. Never pushed us to buy. I would highly recommend Jeff to anyone looking to purchase a property in the Calabash N.C area. You start the process as strangers but finish as friends.

We were a little nervous being from out of state, but Jeff made us feel like we were part of his family and he wasnt going to let anything happen to us. We HIGHLY recommend him for any real estate needs.

Jeff went out of his way from the initial signing up to and including the closing.Since I lived out of state, Jeff handled the items that needed any attention prior to listing the property for sale. Once listed, it only took Jeff less than a week to locate a buyer, and sold the property at the listing price.Jeff then handled the buyer walk thru and coordinated the issues that needed action prior to closing. To an out of state seller, Jeff's help made the entire process run smooth.I would certainly recommend Jeff and would use him on any future real estate dealings.

Jeff was fabulous right from the start, his responsiveness and willing to work with us finding a date on our initial tours really helped us feel comfortable we were working with the right person. Then, when our initial tours did not result in a "find", he guided us on what to look for and what the pace of play was in the market. Which, when we did find an opportunity 4 months later, we were able to move swiftly with Jeff's guidance. Jeff also helped structure a great offer that put us in a winning position, then negotiated a nice settlement on the inspection results. Finally, he did a great job getting us to closing.
