Jacob was very professional and made the whole process seamless. He was a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend him to anyone buying or selling their home.

Jacob was very professional and extremely aware of the housing trends in Chico. He was helpful as we prepared the house for sell, and was able to negotiate a successful close for our home

Jacob was fantastic to work with. We were out of state during a big part of the process and he was very helpful in making sure everything was completed as needed. He understood quickly what we were looking for and helped us find a house that fit our family. I would definitely recommend him and would absolutely work with Jacob again!

Working with Jacob was truly a game-changer in one of the most important seasons of our lives. He guided us through both purchasing our dream home and selling our very first home here in ChicoaEUR"all at the same time, and all while we were 9 months pregnant with our first child. To say the timing was critical is an understatement, but Jacob made the process smooth, stress-free, and downright impressive. His communication was always clear and timely, he anticipated our questions before we even asked them, and he handled every detail with incredible professionalism. On the selling side, he made sure our home showed beautifully and attracted strong offers right away. On the buying side, he negotiated with our best interests in mind and got us into the perfect place to start this next chapter of life as a family. We are so grateful for Jacobs hard work, dedication, and heart throughout this process. If youre looking for someone who not only knows the Chico market inside and out but also genuinely cares about your familys needs, look no further.

Jacob was fabulous at helping me with the purchase of a new home. He took the time to listen to what I was looking for all the while being patient with me while my wants evolved.
