Nexthome Mountain Realty

Judy and Allen Wagner are amazing! They have successfully and easily sold two homes for me and also helped negotiate three purchases. They are the Realtors I trust most in the High Country!

Both Allan and Judy did an excellent job assisting us in purchasing our new home in Linville Land Harbor. Their knowledge and realty expertise made the entire process from finding the right property to closing quite painless! We highly recommend them and will definitely use them for any future real estate endeavors.

This is our fourth time buying a home and by far our best experience with a realtor. Judy and Allan know the area very well, speak honestly about their thoughts and insights, and dont try to sell you something you dont need or want. They truly have your best interest in mind. They are quick to respond and do their research. Couldnt recommend more highly!

Judy and Allan have extensive and invaluable experience in Watauga, Avery, and Ashe county. The real estate market here is difficult with few houses available, unique issues, and strong competition. Their experience is invaluable. In addition, despite their busy schedule some how they still manage to make you feel like you are their only or favorite client.

We have bought and sold several homes with the help of Judy and Allan Wagner. Why do we keep seeking their assistance time and again? Because of their integrity, knowledge, responsiveness, genuine desire to make the buying and/or selling experience as stress-free as possible. Their commitment to their customers comes through with every interaction. It's like having a family member in the business! Deeply rooted in the high country, they know mountain living.
