Valerie is an awesome realtor. She knows the mammoth scene very well, and has an impressive depth of knowledge on all the developments and their particular details. She works very hard and was available for us all the time. She helped us close on the perfect home and we are super thankful. We can not recommend her enough!

What an awesome Realtor! Eric is so wise and knowledgeable on the Mammoth Lakes real estate scene. He has a ton of experience and knows every development, and it seems like every unit! He responded to our questions 100% of the time and has a local team that is available to help out as well. We are from out of town, and he was able to look at units on our behalf when needed as well.... and alas... we just closed on the PERFECT home! Highly recommend, search no further for a Mammoth Lakes real estate agent.

Eric is very personable, respectful, professional and responsive! He knows the area well and gave me great advice about the sale of my condo in Mammoth Lakes. He moved quickly through the process and he and his team were very efficient and helpful! They were in constant communication with the buyers agent, escrow and guided me throughout the entire process with clarity. They went far and beyond to ensure that everything was taken care of, on my end, and that all parties were satisfied. I highly recommend Eric Leach and his team (Valerie Gaxiola) at NextHome Mammoth Lakes!
