Sonia Vu Sonia recently helped my family purchase our first home in the Bay Area. It?s quite interesting how we found her. On a sunny afternoon, we were randomly looking at open houses. We ran into this one house in San Jose (which was originally not on your list to see but went in just because it was closer to the one we originally went) which Sonia was showing that day. We met Sonia and looked around the house. After a few minutes, we started talking and little did we know we would come to become such great friends and family. Usually, we were not comfortable sharing numbers with agents. But there was something about Sonia that we felt very comfortable and shared our contacts instantly. The same week we met Sonia at our apartment. I was amazed at the details she got into and sort of taught us to find what we really wanted in a house. She patiently listened to our expectations, even charted out an expense analysis to the details on how much we?ll spend on a Costco run, hair cuts, income, etc to make us understand how much we can afford. This to me personally is the best because at the end of that day I had a paper handwritten from her on every single breakdown and what we can look forward to. She was very kind to us and spent a great amount of time with us understanding our expectations one by one. Then we started the house hunt. She would send us a plan every weekend and we?ll go around checking houses one by one. Here?s where we were super amazed. During the initial days, we would end up feeling certain house to be wow and would be admiring at certain details of that house when she?ll hold our hands and point to things we should really be focussing and would educate us why some houses are bad even though they look great. We have not heard such guidance from any of our friends? agents. There were certain houses where we would feel everything would be perfect but somehow in the heart of hearts, something would tell us otherwise. Instead of being pushy like other agents would, she would simply say if its not right then let?s move on. We really like this in Sonia. She always puts our preference and liking on topmost priority. The list and plan she sent out were already filtered to our expectations that we were able to spend quality time at these places to know if we like it rather than looking at a huge list. She is very efficient in narrowing down to what we really like vs what we can fit in our budget. This is why we probably found our beautiful home soon and didn?t really have months-long of search like our friends had. It was all Sonia! Towards the end of our search, my mother and sister had traveled from India and they felt an instant connection with Sonia. We?ve had numerous dinners discussing houses, family, traditions, kids, etc and have become a family today. Even after we moved in, she helped us with every single detail like our gardener, handyman, etc and we can?t believe her recommendations are always THE BEST! She is a true, honest, and best friend. We fondly keep in touch discussing everything with her including parenting our expecting child. Yes, Sonia is our family and we love her. I highly recommend Sonia to anyone who is looking to buy or sell their place because you would not only have a great agent but a truly loving family member in your life. Thanks, Sonia for being who you are. We love you!

Sonia literally changed our lives. We had such an unexpected and great experience with her support and guidance and are still surprised at how fast, efficient and pleasant the whole experience was. This is our first home and we were very intimidated and crossed paths with Sonia at an Open House when we were trying to do it on our own and we approached by many Realtors looking to help us. She really stood out in her advice and approach that put us at ease and feel comfortable to work with her. At each step she took a lot of care and time to make sure she understood what our needs were and how to find the best and help educate us on the pros and cons of each house and not let us feel desperate or overpay. It extended to her support and relationships with lenders and other realtors and was a whole team of trustworthy and effective resources. She continued to offer support and care past the sale and will absolutely keep in touch and go to her for advice work if ever needed in the future.
