Julie was great! She was very patient, as we were first time home buyers we had a lot of questions and anxiety. She was always very quick and responsive with our questions or concerns.

We cant say enough about Julie! She is a tireless worker and is always friendly and upbeat. We were buying from out of state and Julie could not have been more helpful. She promptly answered our calls and questions. She did same day videos for us and gave us useful information on all of the properties. She is very organized and kept us informed on all aspects of the closing. She made the entire process easy and exciting. Even though she does this every day, she made us feel as if we were her only customer and was genuinely happy for us. We have already referred her to some others and will definitely call on her again if the need arises.

As an out-of-state buyer I couldn?t have asked for anyone better and more helpful. Julie knows the local market, is very prompt in responding, And was a good negotiator for me. She even found a great place for me to stay for a week while I was looking at properties! You won?t find anybody better for the Venice area market!!

Julie was awesome to work with. She helped us select a selling price and stage the house prior to sale. We secured an offer in just a few weeks. We were out of town during the sale process and Julie Kept an eye on the home for us in our absence. We particularly enjoyed her positive attitude and responsiveness.

My husband and I bought a house in Venice. Julie helped us from start to finish. Julie doesnt know her job 100%, she knows her job 200%. very energetic, very responsible, and pleasant to talk to. we are very happy that it was Julie who sold our house to us.
