We recently worked with Austin Rich on the sale of a home and had a very positive experience. From the beginning, Austin was knowledgeable, straightforward, and easy to work with. He took the time to walk through the property, review comparable homes in the area, and explain where he believed the house should be priced based on the market. His recommendation actually came in higher than what we originally expected, but he was confident in the analysis and the outcome proved he was right. We had spent quite a bit of time cleaning up and preparing the home before listing it, and Austin recognized the value of that effort. The house showed well, buyers noticed the condition, and we ultimately received a premium price because of it. What we appreciated most was Austins communication and professionalism throughout the process. He followed up when needed, kept things moving, and handled the transaction in a fair and honest manner. We would absolutely recommend reaching out to Austin if you are considering buying or selling a home. We plan to work with him again in the future and highly recommend Austin Rich and NextHome Elite Real Estate.

Austin was amazing. He did a fantastic job for us. He was very on target giving us an idea of how things would go and it was very accurate which was amazing. He communicated very professionally and was extremely personable as well. He checked in with us regularly and made the entire process easy. I would definitely recommend him. Thanks to Austin and his entire team.

Austin was really great. We had challenging circumstances beyond our control and he helped us get across the finish line. I highly recommend him and will be using him again. Honest. Friendly. Professional and responsive.

While I was very pleased with the service and assistance that I received from NextHome, my realtor Austin Rich went so far beyond what my expectations were I have a difficult time summarizing it. I live 3 hours away from my Father's home that I was selling and Austin was there for me during the preparation of the house, helping find contractors, and checking on the house after a storm went through the area. When Austin calls you a friend, he really means it. Thanks for all that you did for me, and all that you didn't have to but you did anyway. I fully recommend NextHome and Austin Rich for their real estate services.
