Maiya was fantastic and always kept us steered in the right direction. She was very upfront and honest about what work and options we should focus on tbe most throughout our entire selling process, ensuring that we never had to stress anymore than we really needed to. She will take great care of you and get your mission done! 20/10 recommend!

Maiya did an outstanding job helping me sell my home! From the very beginning, she advised me on how best to present my home so that it would sell despite this being a slower market. Her expertise and compassion told me she was just as invested in the sale as I was. I did my part by staging and keeping it well maintained, and she did her part by showcasing the best pictures, creating ads, and hosting open houses. We were a team. I got my first offer not even a week after it was on the market. Although it didn't work out, the second offer came a few weeks later, and I closed just a couple days ago. I'm so thankful for Maiya and her knowledge and communication with me throughout the whole selling process. She helped me buy this home and now she helped me sell it. I will definitely be contacting her if I ever need a real estate agent in the future.

Martha did an outstanding job assisting me with the purchase of my house. She gave me great advice in regards of the benefits and disadvantages of the properties that we toured, like costs that I would have to pay to fix things that were not in good condition. Also, Martha was very helpful in negotiating with the seller and she ended up getting me a very good contract and saving me a lot of money. Over all I highly recommend Martha as a real estate agent I would love to work with her in the future if I buy in more properties.

Erica was extremely easy to work with. She is knowledgeable about the process, the area, the paperwork, and the ability to use technology to get the job done. She provides honest and valuable recommendations. Her ability to use an outstanding personality to communicate clearly with every one involved, makes working with her stressless. Erica was a great recommendation from a friend in the real estate business.

I cant recommend my realtor highly enough. From start to finish, she was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly attentive throughout the entire home-buying process. She was always available to answer my questions, kept me informed every step of the way, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and manageable. Her expertise and attention to detail gave me confidence in every decision, and she always had my best interests in mind. She went above and beyond to ensure everything stayed on track and advocated for me whenever it mattered most. If youre looking for someone who is honest, responsive, and truly dedicated to their clients, she is everything youd want in a realtor. I'm extremely grateful for all of her hard work and would recommend her without hesitation to anyone buying or selling a home.
