Christine helped us sold a house in 2017 and that experience was an interesting one -- it needed a lot of renovation with new kitchen, new carpeting, new painting, etc. We tried to sell it as is, and we didn't have any takers. Eventually, after renovation, it went on market and did very well. In 2022, we wanted to sell the last investment property in Orlando and we sought out Christine to help us once again. The house was in a decent condition, but immediately, she pointed out issues that would be problematic for buyers. After doing some work on the house, it's relisted and we had offers soon after at market value. For most deals, it then goes to title companies and there might be some minor adjustments; however, we had hurricane Ian that came through. Luckily, we didn't have major damages, but - Christine worked with the roofing company and the buyer and worked out a deal that everyone agreed with even though the house suffered some issue after Ian. Christine is quick to respond, quick to resolve issues that pops up, and had our best interest in mind throughout. She worked with our unique issues and requirements... and through Hurricane IAN. I believe she is the amongst the best realtors around and I would highly recommend her.

Christine is the most knowledgeable realtor I have ever had the pleasure to work with. She has a solution for any and every obstacle along the way in the crazy process of purchasing a home. She helped me purchase a home for my daughter and it was the smoothest process ever. I highly recommend you reach out to Christine for all your real estate needs, she won't disappoint!

I have had wonderful experiences with Christine over the last year and a half. She has represented me in several transactions, both buying a house where she squeezed some needed concessions out of a seller, selling a house where she was incredibly helpful in navigating a bumpy ride with an awful loan officer who failed to close his buyers despite his repeated assurances and in selling a house that required a specific buyer. I would recommend her whole heartedly to anyone out there on either end, both buyer and seller, she is wonderful, honest, personable, fantastic at communication and feels like a member of the family.

I'm from Orlando and currently live in Texas. As my parents are starting to age, I really want to get back home to spend their golden years with them. Prior to the July 4 weekend, my husband and I saw a great historic home listed by Christine. I had been in touch with a different central florida realtor prior to finding this gem of a home. That particular realtor was out of town for the holiday weekend and was not able to show us the home. So I called Christine directly and said hey aEURoeI live in Texas, if this home is still available and if there is no interest Ill fly down there this weekend to lookaEUR?. This was on Monday 6/27. She and I had a great conversation. I was drawn to her immediately. I liked that she was a straight shooter (something she also prided herself in, she made note of that several times). Then we asked if she can represent us in this purchase if we like the home. I was willing to drop my other realtor because I just liked Christine so much after our call. I hadnt committed to the other realtor. I knew I was on a tight timeline. If we flew down, liked the house, we were going to put an offer in the same day. With the other realtor on vacation, it made sense to go straight to the source. She obliged saying she could represent the buyer and seller as transactional agent. This is important later in my already too long review. She went on to tell me that there had been zero interest in the home and the sellers literally cry every time she talks to them because the home has sat so long. I know that is terrible for the sellers, but that worked for me, since I'm not local. That means I have the time to get on a plane and get down to deland, fl. So I proceeded to get my ducks in a row. I called my lender, got my pre-approval, called a local realtor here in TX to get the ball rolling on my current home. That Friday afternoon as I'm about to jump on a plane to head to Orlando, I get an electronic notification (and not even from Christine) that the house has moved to a pending status. She didnt even have the courtesy to call/text me that the sellers accepted an offer. She was going to let me get on the plane, show me the house, do the whole dog and pony show without telling me she had no interest in accepting my offer. Remember that transactional agent situation? Well that was all trash. She had no real interest in assisting us. When she agreed to represent us, I assumed she was going to assist us fairly in the way she did the seller. I know nothing about the ins and outs of real estate. I dont know if she was obligated to help them before us. Although that was not my understanding of a transactional agent. What we needed was honesty on 1) that she could represent us as equally as she could the seller 2) there was no interest in the house. Its the second point that is most frustrating, we wouldnt have made the trip if we knew the odds were stacked against in a multiple buyer scenario. We spent thousands in plane fair, car rental, hotel accommodations and boarding my animals here in Texas.
