Christie was very helpful with selling my home. I have done it before but was still learning a lot during the process. She helped make suggestions for contractors when we were trying to get some last minute fixes done on the house and we were grateful for that. We were lucky enough to have multiple offers and she helped explain the different offers I received and was really encouraging about my decisions throughout that process. I went with an offer that felt the most true to my values (I refused to sell to a landlord/investor) and went with someone from the neighborhood. It helps a lot to have someone who supports your specific wants during a process that has a lot of moving parts.
