Chris provided excellent service. He was available anytime we needed information. Knew the area very well and helped us price our house to get offers as soon as it was available. Gave information for us to make reasonable decisions about the selling process. Chris is calm professional and a really great guy. I would highly recommend him for your real estate needs.

Chris helped us through a very trying sale an managed to get it done. Chri does all paperwork electronically which speeds up the process. He answers questions quickly and is very knowledgeable.

We were long distance, on-line shoppers. Having some one like Chris in our corner was ESSENTIAL. His negotiation skills are top-notch. We made offers on 3 different homes. We won all three. When the first two houses did not inspect to our satisfaction he happily, immediately and easily got us out of the purchase contracts. Every single text, email or phone call was immediately answered. He is a great conversationalist and uses that skill to understand what it is you are really looking for. One day he sent a link to what he said is my perfect home.....It was. It is. We move in at the end of the month! We utilized video walk throughs and he even made those painless and fun. Chris was my eyes, ears and nose on the ground and I would not hesitate to call him again should I need a realtor.

Chris was absolutely INCREDIBLE. He worked so diligently until I had finally found my dream home. Never once complained, and answered every single question I had. 11/10 experience with Chris!

I met with Chris after meeting with a realtor from who seemed unmotivated and uninterested. Chris was awesome and enthusiastic! He had my property listed within a few hours of our initial meeting! His communication throughout the process was great and I couldn't be happier with the results! Thanks Chris Benson!
