I transferred to her after my unsatisfaction from my previous lister. I recieved a very impressive mailing from her. Never knew of her, but was impressed with her immediate response, information input and punctuality . Did not have to worry about closing, she did it all. Important to us since this was about the first time we sold our home to downsize.

Corry was there for us every step of the way. We received feedback from showings and open houses and she explained to us the current market to help us make decisions on selling prices. She also assisted in our purchase of the new property and coordination of the sell of our home and the purchase of the new.

We loved working with Corry, she was so patient and dedicated in helping us find the right home. I would get discouraged & Corry would tell me we would know the right house when we saw it. Corrys knowledge & advice was invaluable on avoiding potential issues & in negotiations. On several home tours we had to bring our special needs grandson with us, Corry was so kind and patient with him, we appreciated this. She would respond in a timely manner thru email, texting & phone messages, Corry has alot of experience and knowledge and could answer our many questions.

Corry is wonderful to work with. She represented us in selling our home and in purchasing a new one that had quite a few contingencies in a short period of time. Always calm, cool and collected she worked through each one of the contingencies and answered my endless questions thoroughly and patiently. I highly recommend her to anyone that needs to sell or buy a home.

I put my duplex on the market in Onalaska with Corry though I live in the Madison area. She handled everything that needed to get done without a lot of guidance from me - such as getting the carpets cleaned and lining up some maintenance. Very easy to work with.
