NextDoor Network Keller Williams

Ryan was an absolute pleasure to work with! Even in the midst of a crazy housing market, he helped us find our dream house. I didn?t believe we could find a house as quickly as we did, nor did I expect it to be the perfect house for us. Ryan took all of the stress out of buying our new house. We couldn?t be happier!!

I cant say enough good things about my experience working with Ryan Dunkin while purchasing my home. His communication was incredibly consistent throughout the entire process, and I always felt like I knew what was happening and what to expect next. We ran into a few challenges along the way that were outside of our control, but Ryan handled every one of them with ease. More importantly, he stood by me through the entire process, which made such a difference during what could have been an incredibly stressful time. Ryans attention to detail was also something I really appreciated, especially during our final walkthrough. He took the time to notice the little things and made sure everything was handled properly during such an important moment. Ryan had previously helped my sister purchase her home, which is why I chose to work with him in the first place, and I'm so glad I did. I would absolutely recommend him to any of my friends or family looking to purchase a home. I'm incredibly grateful for everything he did to help me get to closing!

I would recommend Ryan to anyone. He was so helpful & always available. He was wonderful! He worked very hard with our mortage lender to make sure that things went as smooth as possible.

Ryan was by far the best Realtor I?ve ever worked with. He went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations. Through the entire process, Ryan was available 24/7 to answer any questions and willing to meet us anywhere any time to view open houses. I look forward to working with him again when the time comes. Highly recommend Ryan from Next Door Home Group.

I couldnt have asked for a better Realtor. He was honest, punctual, knowledgeable, and very patient. I am blessed to have been so lucky. I would recommend him to a first time home buyer, like myself, as he held my hand through it all.
