Jessica was fantastic throughout the whole process. When we first contacted her we were not 100% sure we definitely wanted to try and list our home. We had an initial consultation with her in which she came very well prepared with local comps for our home. She gave us an honest assessment of our home and what she thought would be a reasonable listing price and strategy, all the while she left us empowered to make the decisions on our own. She guided us through getting the house ready for pictures and showings and we were blown away with how good the pictures looked. She had the great idea to put the house in aEURoeComing SoonaEUR? status over a holiday weekend (while we finished some final touch ups inside) and that generated a ton of interest. We had one above list price offer BEFORE the house even went to market. We had 10 showings the first day and that first night got an offer for $35k over our list price. When the house didnt appraise quite as high as we had hoped, she beautifully and tactfully negotiated with the buying agent to get the buyers to agree pay above appraised value to keep the house. With everything Jessica was able to do for us and the money we received from selling our home, it will allow us to buy our dream home and we will most certainly be using her through the buying process as well!
