Next Phase Realty

Debbi goes above and beyond what would be expected in a seller/realtor relationship. She is professional, courteous, and does all that she can to assure that your property is sold in a timely manner. She was immediately responsive to all of our questions and needs, and worked tirelessly to assure that we had the right price.

Alisa was very good with very high knowledge of our neighborhood and it's special appeal. She was so good that she reached out to the buyer and was able to really sell the neighborhood to them. (because she lives there) I don't think the buyer's agent had a clue. She is very open, engaging, full of personality and helpful.

Alisa was on top of watching for the right house for us and found us a house that was what we were looking for. The sellers of our house didnt make the transaction ideal but Alisa made sure everything was settled and taken care of before we took possession and we greatly appreciated her help.

We were immediately impressed with Alisa's enthusiastic & positive attitude. She kept us informed every step of the way. When the contingency fell through with the first couple who failed to sell their home, she immediately held another open house to find buyers for our home. Alisa is a hard worker and isn't afraid to put in the extra time as needed. Success - our home has sold! Thank you!

Debbie made our first time home buying experience so easy! She is great at communicating and letting us know what to expect every step of the way. I highly recommend working with Debbi!
