We had a great experience with Kay. The first house we offered on was a nightmare, but Kay got us a great home inspector who helped us check everything and realize that it was going to take a lot of time and money to fix it. So we cancelled the contract and started looking again. The next house was new so a dream on the repair front and went through the process without too many bumps. Ms Kay worked with our mortgage company and recommended a great closing company. She knows everyone in Batesville and was able to help steer us in other areas of setting up our new lives there.
