Ive used Pauls services twice. Once was for buying my first starter home, and second was for selling my first home and buying the second house simultaneously, without using a bridge loan. I already knew with my first home purchase, Paul was the person Id call for the second. I am very anal, a perfectionist, and nitpicking. Paul helped us buy an investment property. He is very thorough, sincere and humble to work with.
