Nexes Realty, Inc.

Everything we could have asked for from a realtor during our home purchase, and more. Blake is personable, knowledgeable on the local market, experienced, patient, and an excellent communicator and negotiator. Overall just a great guy. I would highly recommend Blake for a home purchase in the Muskegon, Spring Lake, or Grand Haven area. Thanks Blake!

Brock goes above and beyond as a Realtor, we bought our home with him 4 years ago and was so impressed, we had him sell it this year so we could build a house, which he is also managing the project for us. He has been open and honest about all questions during the process. When we originally bought our house through him, we were new to the area and as we were looking at houses, he share his knowledge of Muskegon, from what beaches were pet friendly to great places to eat. He made us feel welcome to the community and made the home purchasing process stress free. We would not hesitate to recommend Brock Carlston and Nexes to buy or sell your home.

Blake was very helpful in finding our new house and selling our other house. He sold it in a very short time for a decent price. Blake is easy to work with and we would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell.

Blake is a laid back guy with a good sense of humor. We stumbled upon him on a Sunday scrolling through the internet and he called us asap. Walked us through a ton of house with no complaints. We found a house that went on the market less than an hour ago and he had us in there within 20 mins! 1 hour later we were in the driveway putting in a bid. Bought the house a week or so later. He doesn't mess around and keeps you updated about every step and gets it done. He even came to our closing with a gift to celebrate!!! If your a new buyer and between the age of 21-40, I would 100% recommend this guy to you!!! No pressure. Lots of humor. But also gets it done! We owe him for our happiness in our amazing home we bought in April 2024.A coworker also used Blake and had nothing but good things to say. Get ahold of Blake. Best realtor in the area!

Truly 5 stars all around! We worked with Brock for almost a year, and a half, trying to find the perfect house for the right price. At no point did he give up, or ever try to push us into something we didnt want. He is knowledgeable, patient, and fun to work with! He answered all of our questions, and was willing to always go to bat for us! 20/10 will always recommend!
