Experience working with Leon was very unfortunate. We find a piece of land and he told us that the price is $450,000. We spent time going to see the lot and since we showed interest then he told us that the price is much higher! He also told us that he can give us a lot if he builds the house. We have explained to him that we are looking for a piece of land, where we want to build our house ourselves. Very bad experience and such a waste of time! He looked like a very nice man, but lack of integrity and professionalism to the highest! Well, he doesnt seem to have a partner, he mentioned that his partner is the one that wants to sell the land in a much higher price. That shouldve been disclosed since the beginning. It seems like a very bad trap for us to waste our time?
