Rosina always kept us informed, courteous and will to go the extra distance to showplaces we picked. She is a knowledgeable Realtor and wonderful to work with buying or selling. She assisted us in both ventures to sell our home, find and purchase our present home. THANK YOU Rosalia for all of your hard work India efforts

We needed to find a property in a very specific price range and Rosina came through for us! She and her office were very helpful to us and kept us informed of progress on our negotiation and ultimately our successful contract!

Rosina is currently working to find me a rental home in North Carolina, and I could not be more pleased with her services. I am relocating to the Huntersville area from Michigan, and I met Rosina a few months while visiting North Carolina to begin my initial search. I was very impressed with her knowledge of the area and pleased with how quickly she was able to show me rental properties on such short notice. I have since returned to Michigan and continue to work with her in an effort to find a home. I trust that with her knowledge and expertise, I will find a great rental to call home when I make my transition. Rosina is a wonderful Real Estate Professional and I would highly recommend her.

I have worked with Rosina on multiple purchases and she is fantastic! She took the time to understand my requirements and provide honest and actionable advice where needed. Keeps on top of the process, communicates effectively. Highly recommended, and would definitely work with her if I buy or sell property in the future.

We looked for months, but Rosa didnt give up. She listened to what we wanted and found very good listings. She helped us successfully naviage through a trying negotiation process. With Rosas help we found that house we wanted.
