Never 6 Percent Realty

It was a great experience. Peter was a big help to me since I am out of town. He took over and took care of everything and found the buyer for me. I will use Peter again when I am buying or selling

We couldnt be more grateful for the experience we had with our realtor, Peter Graulich, at Never 6 Percent Realty in Palm Coast. Our home in Halifax Plantation was on the market for almost a year, and throughout that entire time, Peter never wavered in his loyalty, perseverance, or commitment to us. He was always fair, honest, and communicative, and we always felt that he genuinely had our best interests at heart. Even on closing day, Peter went above and beyond by meeting us at the office during the closing process. He even brought us some delicious truffles aEUR" such a thoughtful and personal touch that meant so much to us! Selling a home can be stressful, especially when it takes longer than expected, but having Peter by our side made the process so much easier. We truly appreciate everything he did for us and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor who is dependable, dedicated, and genuinely cares about his clients. Thank you, Peter, for sticking with us all the way to the finish line!

Peter was better by leaps and bounds over any other agent I have met in this business. He was very attentive through the whole process and went above and beyond to bring this property to close. I will use him on every real estate deal in the future.

Peter was fantastic! We were purchasing from out of state and contacted a few local realtors. Peter was by far the most responsive and diligent so we selected him to represent us. Peter went above and beyond our highest expectations. He worked on 2 holidays during the hunt and purchase. He handled inspections for us, documented repairs, and negotiated credits and repairs we wouldn't have thought to ask for. We ultimately used a lender he recommended as well, and were glad we did. I would recommend him without any reservation. A 5 out of 5 doesn't seem good enough.

Peter has been our realtor for a few years helping us find just the right home. He has worked with us side by side and gone above and beyond with our search, all our negotiations, all the house inspections, and making sure that all the right paperwork was in place. We could not have asked for anyone better through this process. I have been investing in real estate for over forty years and he is the best realtor that I've come across. I highly recommend Peter because he is very conscientious and he is an exceptional realtor. His professionalism is second to none!
