Neuman & Neuman

Art was fantastic to work with from start to finish. As first-time home buyers, we had a lot of questions and he took the time to educate us at every step instead of rushing us through the process. He negotiated a $30k credit on our purchase price and got us into our home on a tight timeline, all within about two months. He was also incredibly communicative and responsive, always answering our questions quickly no matter how small. On top of that, he's personable and a genuine joy to work with. He was an invaluable resource throughout & we highly recommend Art to anyone buying a home.

Art was our selling agent for our condo in San Diego. Once we decided to sell Art created a very attractive and effective brochure which represented the condo most favorably. We priced the condo at the high end of the market, but Art was able, in a soft market, to bring in a close to full price offer. The closing went very smoothly, and Art's experience and professionalism were on display throughout the process. A top ranked real estate professional.

Purchasing a home at Pacific Gate was an incredible experience, and Ryan Degheri made the entire process seamless. From our first conversation through closing, Ryan was knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely committed to helping us find the right home. His expertise in the luxury condo market, attention to detail, and strong negotiation skills gave us confidence every step of the way. Pacific Gate itself exceeded our expectations, with its stunning design, world-class amenities, exceptional staff, and unbeatable waterfront location. Ryan's guidance and professionalism made what could have been a stressful process enjoyable and efficient. We are thrilled with our new home and highly recommend Ryan Degheri to anyone looking to buy real estate, especially in the downtown San Diego luxury market.

Gregg and his team were very knowledgeable about the downtown San Diego condo scene. They helped us at every stage of the process and were both friendly and professional.

This is our second time selling with Scott and once again he did everything necessary to make the process fast and easy! He gave us advice when picking first sale price and when adjusting the price later while allowing us to feel comfortable making the final decision. We've also used the Neuman Group to purchase 2 properties and those transactions were also smooth and easy
