I have known Douglas for a few years and asked him to assist me with selling an investment property I had purchased in 2002 and decided to sell in the spring of 2018. He was amazingly helpful in guiding me through this process (my first home sale). There were several interested parties who, for various reasons in their offer process, didn?t work out. Each time Doug was able to somehow have another interested party within just a few days and the final offer was higher than we set our goal at in the beginning. An amazing and resourceful agent, I wouldn?t recommend anyone else!
