Nestlewood Realty

It was an absolute pleasure to have Ligia assist me in finding my dream home. She was patient and understanding of my needs. She took all the time to show me several properties and walk me through the purchase process. I would highly recommend Ligia to anyone looking to sell or purchase a home. Thanks a bunch!

Drew was amazing! Buying a house can be a stressful process. She was super helpful and understanding of our needs and make everything easier. She was helful with us always even after the closing. I recommend her a million times!!! Thanks Drew.

It was great working with you Breanna. I had no clue what to expect but she always went out of her way to help me. And was always there to make sure everything went smoothly and i will never be able to thank her enough.

Douglas and his team helped us get our home ready to sell. He was able to help sell our home when homes in our neighborhood were not selling in a tough market. He went through the ups and downs with us. He communicated well with everyone in assisting our home buying in another state. Would highly recommend!

Having Drew as a professional realtor in the process of buying a house was a very positive experience. From the start she displayed availability to go and show us multiple houses. Once we were out of town and she went and toured the house by herself and showed us via video. The most impressive part of working with Drew was her ability and willingness to get into the details in the process of Closing. She proactively engaged with all parties involved in the Closing to check and help negotiate Closing fees, Home Inspections, Lender related matters, Seller credits, etc. In addition, due to her experience, she was able to point us out to helpful resources for questions we had after the Closing process had ended. I was very impressed with working with Drew and if I ever want to buy another property, I will definitely be reaching out to her first as our realtor.
