We had a great experience working with Jamie! He was incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and a fantastic negotiator. We always felt like he had our best interests in mind and gave us great advice throughout the process. On top of that, he was just genuinely fun and easy to work with, which made the whole experience so much more enjoyable. We ended up with a home we absolutely love and couldnt recommend him more!

I met Jamie through Zillow! We scheduled to see a house and within five mins he reached out to us. After seeing the first house. Although that house was not for us, I knew I had found my agent. I liked the way he was honest and straight forward. I had a gut feeling hes the agent for us. I explained my situation that we were selling our house and looking to buy another one. Right away Jamie got to work. I liked how fast he moved. Within one week he listed my house for sale. At the same time we continued to look for my next house. Jamie gave me his best advice and opinion but more importantly I appreciated that he made it clear all final decisions were up to me. Within ten days we had my house in contract. Next we were able to use that to show to my sellers we were serious. And within a few weeks we found my new home and we were in contract as well. Let me add that it was because of Jamie that we went a little further than I had planned. He found the right house for my family needs. All the areas we looked at Jamie knew them well and would give us his opinion on them. Ill be honest the whole process took a little longer than normal because of a delay with my buyer. Jamie was always there to answer questions and support us. Eventually both deals cleared. Overall very happy with Jamie and I'm glad we went with him. Tour a house or two with him and youll see for yourself. He is my top recommendation to family and friends!

Jamie was an absolute pleasure to work with from beginning to end. He helped to make the process of purchasing my first home quite simple with the least amount of headache.

Jamie Jamie Jamie a local rockstar! He helped us close on our home incredibly quickly and made the process feel effortless. His deep market knowledge and proactive approach were major keys to our success. He was always one step ahead, ensuring a smooth and productive closing. From helping us with the inspection to the attorney, he was on point and helped us achieve the dream of being a homebuyer!

Jamie did an outstanding job in helping me purchase the property and also did an outstanding job in helping find a great tenant, I couldn't be happier Jamie is the best by far in my experience he was very easy to work with and will absolutely call him again with my next protect.
