Nest Realty

Chris was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and quick to respond whenever we had questions throughout the home-buying process. He made the whole experience feel much easier and less stressful, and we always felt like we were in good hands. Were so glad we chose to work with Chris when buying our house and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a great realtor!

Chris is a true professional! He was exceptionally responsive all the way through the process of both buying our home and then again selling our home when moved out of state 2 years later. I can't say enough about Chris and his team and would highly recommend him as an agent.

We had a fantastic experience working with Nest Harrisonburg-Rockingham. Chris and Avery made the process go so smoothly with both the selling of our home and purchasing of our new home. We would recommend them to anyone and will 100% use them next time we buy a house.

Chris did an excellent job selling my house. There were somethings that were important to me such as AI staging, 3-D walk around and online video. Chris had all three done within a week of me signing our contract together. The photos were excellent. Ive known Chris a long time through church. His integrity is impeccable.

Chris was a great agent for getting me relocated to the Shenandoah Valley. Chris was recommended by a longtime friend of mine who is a professional in the Harrisonburg business community. Chris was available anytime that I wanted to head down to Harrisonburg and look at a handful of houses. He was patient with me, especially with all the other oddball questions that I asked about properties. Ultimately, he asked the right questions of me to be able to get the exact property that I neededaEUR" I would highly recommend Chris
