Justin is very nice, honest and accommodating. Every encounter at showings he was very pleasant. When we sent properties to schedule, he told us if it could be what we?re looking for or why it wasn?t what we were looking for. He was still willing to set up the showing regardless. When we were in escrow with our house (we bought due to his suggestion to see it), he set up 2 more showings so we could show family who were in town and to take measurements for furniture.

Justin was very easy to work with. He answered all of my questions and did a great job communicating throughout the process. He was very patient, professional, and knowledgeable! There was a huge snowstorm that shut down the city for numerous days around closing time. Justin remained in contact with me and kept me updated on closing changes and times. He advocated for me with the buyers agent to make sure the process still moved forward.
