Christie Hargrove was SUPER to work with! She helped us list and sell our first home - in TWO DAYS for full asking price - AMAZING!!! Being young, we waited a few months before purchasing our 'forever' home. She was beyond patient with us and so helpful. She listened to our wants and needs, made suggestions as appropriate and steered us into the right direction. We found the perfect new construction home in a growing neighborhood - it has everything we wanted and more. It couldn't have been any better than if we'd custom built it ourselves. Christie has continued to be in touch and helped several of our friends over the years. Last summer she even helped us with a beach rental for a year while we decided if we were really interested in making a second property purchase.
