Mac is very knowledgeable and understands the Tumwater market. He went above and beyond by having open houses every weekend at the beginning. He also was very detailed in explaining terms I did not understand. His staff is also very helpful and accessible, even on the weekends. Overall I would highly recommend without any reservations.

He showed a complete lack of courtesy and respect throughout the process. He confirmed a showing time for a lease viewing, and then simply never showed up aEUR" no call, no text, no explanation whatsoever. This kind of behavior wastes people's time and shows how little regard he has for others' schedules. My honest advice: unless you're truly set on this particular home, it's best to avoid working with this person altogether.

Mac was awesome, very friendly, i truly felt like he cared. He was always available to answer any questions, or alleviate any concern we had. It felt like he took in interest in getting to know us and to find a house for us that both worked with our budget and the things we wanted. I told him multiple times through the process that this felt too easy. All around great guy, would recommend him to any and everyone.

Based on my experience working with this agent for nearly a year, I would not recommend him or his team. Throughout the listing period, I felt that the only consistent strategy offered was continued price reductions, followed by a suggestion that I consider a short sale. I was hoping for more proactive guidance, including a thoughtful marketing plan, feedback about my homes condition and presentation, and realistic alternatives if selling was not producing results. Unfortunately, I did not feel those discussions happened. Communication was also a major issue. At times, I would wait several days for a response, and I was not kept informed about important aspects of the listing. For example, I was not given clear updates about how often the property was being checked or walked through, what feedback was being received, or whether the condition of the house needed attention. As a retired service member, I was especially disappointed that I did not see meaningful outreach to military communities. I also asked about the possibility of offering VA loan assumption/assignability, but I felt discouraged from exploring that option rather than being given a clear explanation of its potential advantages and limitations. When I raised renting the home as an alternative, I was told he did not know any property managers. However, once I said I would not be continuing our contract, he recommended a aEURoefriendaEUR? who is a property manager. That timing raised concerns for me. Overall, I left the experience feeling unsupported, underinformed, and without confidence that my home was being marketed or managed as proactively as it should have been. I encourage anyone considering this agent or his team to ask detailed questions upfront about communication expectations, marketing to military buyers, property-condition feedback, alternatives to price reductions, and referrals.

I highly recommend this realtor! He did an outstanding job helping me sell my house. He was professional, knowledgeable, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. Even though it was a straightforward sale, he worked hard to make everything go smoothly and got me exactly my asking price. I couldn't be happier with the experience and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
