National-Town & Valley Properties, Inc.

I have never worked with a realtor who has been as quick to respond to all our questions and or concerns than Pat Aukes. He has been upbeat and optimistic throughout the purchase of our home as well as our sale. You couldnt go wrong with him In your corner.

Pat was so wonderful to work with! He made our first home buying experience a breeze. Pat was quick to respond to any questions we had and was super helpful and informative of the whole home buying process. Were so happy that Pat helped make our dream come true!

I cannot say enough how grateful I am to Pat and for his patience while helping me in my home search. While I have not yet found the home of my dreams, I know that Pat will guide me through the process effortlessly and with grace. He is kind, smart, funny and knows his way around the real estate market. If you are in the market to buy or sell - I would highly recommend giving him a call!

I kept hold of a marketing letter Pat had sent to me a year before I needed to place my little bungalow on the market. I'm so glad I saved that letter! Pat was professional and always accessible. My property sold very quickly. I'll be forever grateful for all of Pat's hard work and dedication.

It was a pleasure working with Pat! He helped me sell and buy a new house. It was exhausting, but he held tough. Selling was rough, but he came through! Couldn't have done it without him.
