As a first time solo home buyer, Megan truly was the perfect fit. Megan represented me as both the seller of my previous home and the buyer of my new construction....and she was also the listing agent for that new build. Thats a unique situation, and not once did I feel like she didnt have my best interests at heart. In fact, I felt completely confident following her lead the entire way, which honestly says everything. This wasnt a cookie-cutter transaction. There were shifting timelines, inspection surprises, and plenty of moments where things couldve gone sideways. But Megan never flinched. When deadlines got moved up, she grabbed the bull by the horns and just handled it. She kept things (and me) moving, kept me informed, and showed up in person constantly to make sure things got done. She caught details I wouldve missed, kept everyone accountable, and made the whole process feel manageable, even when it wasnt. Her knowledge of the Richmond market and her network of contacts were absolutely invaluable. She just knows how to get things done! Megan worked harder than any agent Ive ever worked with, and she did it with total professionalism, compassion, and hustle. If I could steal her away from real estate to come work with me, Id do it in a second. :) We also had fun through all of it and I feel like Ive gained a friend. So grateful to have had such a positive experience from start to finish!

Megan Napier is amazing! Yhis was my first time selling, and she truly cared for me throughout the process. She lined up contractors for me painting, carpeting, landscaping, and staging... everything needed to take my house from blah to bling!! My house sold in 1 day on the market!
