Napier ERA

Megan was extremely helpful during my first-time homebuying process, always responsive and getting answers I needed quickly. I could not have asked for a better experience!

Megan Napier was outstanding assisting us with the sale of our home. Her research and expertise in the market geographic area was instrumental in determining a competitive sales price. She moved swiftly to get our home on social media and then on the market which helped to get our home sold quicker. She was great at bargaining and working with the purchaser's agent and we received in excess of the asking price and we were very pleased. We sold our home before the open house, and Megan is so good at her job she was instrumental and making that happen. She did a creative video to sell our home and it was a hit. She is so smart and creative and she stands out above other agents/companies. She was involved in all aspects of the sale and closing. She was friendly, responsive, gave great advice, very knowledgeable, and communicated very quickly. She went above and beyond all our expectations. For example she set called and set up all the businesses who did repairs on the home and did the follow-up with them and communicated well. Megan also provided staging of our home at no cost to us and they did a super job too. She has a wonderful team of associates and contractors who did great work at good prices and provided quick services. She was very knowledgeable about what we needed to do to sell our home.
