She is familiar with the area; understands and implements the necessary processes; informs the buyer which paperwork should be completed first in order to expedite the negotiations and sale/purchase of the condo; Pam was immediate with replies to my emails, calls, and texts, as well as, any updates/changes in the transaction; Pam relayed messages between the seller/agent and myself in a timely manner and was professional, efficient and personable!

Our deal would not have happened if not for Gerry. We looked at a property that had acreage but the house on the property needed lots of attention just to be able to meet lending requirements. We actually walked away from it because it would not meet VA requirements for a loan. After looking at many house and nothing to our liking, Gerry suggested we revisit the acreage property and weigh our options to see if it could be brought up to VA standards. Gerry negotiated with the seller and a contractor to do repairs to make it sellable. Gerry made it happen and we are now living in that house on that property. Gerry can get it done.

Gerry remained patient and professional over the past 3 years we worked together. Each property ( 3 in total) sold had it's own unique and complicated circumstances. He offered exceptional guidance and direction throughout the process.

Local knowledge was extremely helpful with all details in the purchase of our home in the South, much appreciated. He handled inspection details and gave insight to needs specific to the area.
