My Home Group

John did an amazing representing us in the sale of our home. I highly recommend John and The Fillman Group. His knowledge of the sales process and how to properly market the property made for a very easy process and fair sales price. John also helped us find a new rental home.

Arlene has been very helpful with the entire process of the home purchase. She was super responsive and has good knowledge of the area and the process. It was needed for me as a first time home buyer. I went from almost not signing exclusivity with her to purchasing the home with her, bcoz she did go overboard in the 2-3 month long house search, documentation, loan advise and the whole escrow process comparing to other agents I was working with. She was more transparent, flexible with a genuine interest in helping find the right house and purchase it. Overall, I did feel it was easier to work her in the current crazy housing market, which is why I?m happy to give her 5 stars for all the above.

John was professional and listened to.what we wanted, we were frustrated with the market and John was an anchor that kept is calm..and he helped us to get in our home before the holidays.

Good at listening to client needs in a home. Prompt and professional. Assisted with explaining home purchase process, helped comunicate well with lenders and title. Made home buying experience go smoother than expected!

I worked with Nick over the course of 3 years while shopping for a home and he was very professional and patient. I honestly could not have asked for a better agent. He is very knowledgeable and provided me with great info and insight into areas and properties I looked at. In the end he helped me get into an amazing home in the area I really wanted to be in. Highly recommend Nick!
