My Home Group

I met Johnny Walker at an open house, several years ago. I am a real estate agent and I was previewing homes for sale in my area. Johnny was my last stop of the day. We hit it off so well that I worked with him for a short time. He ended up handling two transactions on my behalf. The second one was my fathers estate and it was emotionally difficult for me. The market was a challenge for sellers and it took much longer than anticipated. Johnny held many open houses and networked with the other realtors in that community. I was distressed but Johnny got me through it with his expertise, wisdom, and humor. Not only is he my realtor, Johnny Walker is my friend.

Johnny Walker is by far the Best Agent I have had the pleasure of working with two 2 times. I was very Blessed to have Johnny Walker taking care of everything . Johnny was able to sell my home with the Best outcome and absolutely no stress or headache on me. 10 stars I also contracted with Johnny Walker to purchase a house and he made the process stress free. Negotiating carefully to get the best deal on the purchase of my new home. He has a team that handled my loan, title, inspection and closing . Johnny accompanied me to every signing making sure my best interests were taken care of. I have never had an Agent care so much I would definitely recommend Johnny Walker for all your real estate needs.

Working with Johnny Walker was truly the best experience we could have asked for. We had the unique challenge of buying and selling in Phoenix while living out of state, and he took so much of the stress off our shoulders. Johnny didnt just handle the real estate side aEUR" he helped us work with our rental tenants, coordinated with vendors, and was always willing to roll up his sleeves and get things done when we couldnt be there. What stood out most was how personable he is and how easy he made the entire process feel. No matter the time of day, he was just a call or text away, ready with answers, advice, or simply reassurance. Its clear he truly has his clients best interests at heart. Johnny goes far beyond the typical realtor role aEUR" he ended up being a trusted friend through the whole journey. We couldnt recommend him highly enough!

It was a pleasure working with John to find a home. We looked a many a some we saw twice. He was always available and knows his business. He made looking for a home fun and gave us good advice about negotiating the contract.

Working with Johnny to buy our first home was a wonderful experience! My husband and I had just gotten married and were ready to buy a home to start our life together. Unfamiliar with the process, we were nervous to take this big step, but Johnny made us feel at ease and stress-free throughout the entire process. He kept us well-informed and communicated promptly. He seemed very knowledgeable of the different areas of the valley, and was patient with us as we visited many houses to choose the right one. Although this was about 5 years ago, we still keep in touch with Johnny as he made us feel like family. I highly recommend working with him when buying a home!
