Kyle was a perfect match as a realtor to my skeptical and cynical personality. Laying down one's life savings for the largest purchase (most people, at least) one will ever make is something I found terrifying. I cannot emphasize how easy Kyle and the team made this experience -- from recommendations for (an amazing) inspector and (wonderful) legal team to lender and post closing assistance -- as stress free as possible. Not only was Kyle very patient with my constant barrage of worry and questions, he was very helpful and never pressed to push for a close. He understood the bevy of emotions that came with making such an investment and decision. In some stressful situations when looking at various properties I was interested in, I was very impressed at how Kyle was able to keep his cool and remain professional. After finding my first home, my only regret is that I do not have the means to work with Kyle and his team again anytime soon. (Anyone want to buy me a second home?)

Kyle assisted me with finding a flat in Chicago. I am fairly new to the United States and did not know anything about the rent situation and the localities in Chicago. Kyle helped me navigate through the process, he was extremely helpful and comforted me immensely. I was in India at the time of searching the apartments and he was kind to meet me beyond his office hours to bridge the gap between our timezones. He also assisted me with the resources and tools at his disposal that gave a view of the availabilities, locality information, transport facilities, crime rate, type of the building and so many others. I was convinced I am in great hands because the process is extremely transparent and takes so much pressure off of you. He had made finding an apartment virtually as personal as possible. I would even say this was as good as or even better than finding apartments in person. I got virtual tours to different buildings and got to examine the apartment fully before making a decision. I did not need to compromise anywhere. I live within 0.8 miles to my workplace in a very safe building with a brilliant view in downtown Chicago, close to the bus stop, rail station, and grocery stores, and got a great deal of 3 MONTHS OFF! I am actually paying much lesser rent than I prepared for. All thanks to Kyle! Thank you for a job so well done :)

My experience began with Jordan when a buddy of mines contacted me needing assistance finding an apartment. He was moving from Baltimore and didnt know anything about Chicago. I came across Jordan on social media and remembered seeing his various listings so I reached out to him. Jordan responded immediately and I passed my friends information to him. At the same time, I was casually looking to move closer to my job but because I have a dog, wanted to live in proximity to restaurants and shopping, I figured it was easier just stay where I was. Jordan was able to find a great apartment for my buddy quickly and I was envious of the video I saw from his showing so I decided to give Jordans services a try. After telling Jordan my needs, including having a dog, he came back, within 24 hours, with multiple listings. I was completely blown away because each one was in my price range and met my requirements for locale. I was eventually able to narrow down the list of ten places Jordan provided me to my top three. Jordan set up for me and my roommate to see them and he was extremely professional and patient throughout. All this happened within a few days. Jordan definitely delivered on his promise that he would find a place for us and walked us through the process until completion. I love my new home and the neighborhood.
