My husband and I are extremely impressed by Stacey's knowledge of real estate in the Springfield/Nixa area. She was the perfect realtor for us while searching for our home and remained in contact with us throughout our search. She didn't mind answering any of our questions, no matter how mundane or silly they may have been. We live 2 hours away and did not have a good feeling for pricing in the area but Stacey was right on target with what she felt would be reasonable and explained why with facts and comparable home sales for the area. When it came time to make an offer, Stacey was a calming influence on us during negotiations of not only the price but throughout the whole process. She went above and beyond her role as realtor from encouraging us to have a radon inspection to when the inspection report came back with a radon problem. The homeowners did not appear to be receptive towards fixing it, so Stacey contacted a remediation team and was able to get an estimate of the cost and successfully negotiated with the seller's agent. We will not hesitate to recommend Stacey to anyone in the future who either wishes to buy or sell a home. She is both professional and personable, a winning combination.
