MultiGen Living Group

Justin helped us purchase our condo a few years ago, and when it came time to sell, there was no question who we would call. Working with him on both sides of the transaction gave us a great perspective on how knowledgeable and consistent he is throughout the entire process. When we bought, he was incredibly patient and helped us understand the market, the different communities, and what to look out for. We never felt rushed and always felt like he had our best interests in mind. When it was time to sell, Justin made everything seamless. He gave us clear guidance on pricing and preparation, handled all the details, and kept us informed every step of the way. The process was smooth and stress-free, and we were very happy with the outcome. Weve now worked with Justin multiple times and would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell in Southwest Florida.

Working with Justin was a fantastic experience. He expertly coordinated the purchase of our new home and the sale of our old one on the same day. It was much less stressful than we thought it would be, would highly recommend him to anyone!

Justin helped me sell both our home and my parents home in Cape Coral, and then guided us through buying a new construction home in Babcock Ranch so we could all live together. His understanding of multigenerational living and new construction made a huge difference for our family. We couldnt be happier with how everything turned out.

Justin was so accommodating for our relocation needs. He helped us sell our home in SWFL and then buy our next home in Orlando. We felt that he went above and beyond with our needs and gave us 5 star customer service. Highly recommend!
