Mueller Residential Group at Realty Austin | Compass, Principal REALTOR

I would recommend Ashley to anyone and will definitely choose her again! As a first time home buyer, I wanted to work with an experienced realtor, and I dont think anyone knows Austin or the market better than her! Shes very knowledgeable of the various neighborhoods and was able to help me find exactly the house and community I was looking for. Shes also very responsive and knows how to negotiate the best deal for you. It couldnt have been a smoother process.

An outstanding professional and human being. Went way above and beyond for me in several sticky situations - this person knows how to solve problems quickly! She has the expertise, the cool-headedness, and the connections to get you across the finish line. Here's an extra star * because five is not enough.

Love getting to work with Ashley!! Shes incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and easy to communicate with. She knows the Austin area REALLY well from growing up here and when it comes to making the offer, she knows how to research and construct it to make it competitive! Would happily work with Ashley again

Ashley was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process of selling our home. As this was our first time doing this, she went to great lengths in guiding us through the process as well as ensuring no steps were missed along the way. The Austin area is a tough market for sellers right now. Using her guidance, we managed to close within a month of listing on the MLS! I would advocate for anyone to have Ashley on their journey in buying or selling real estate.

Ashley helped me buy my first home last year and made the whole process so smooth. She is super patient with all my first time buyer questions and incredibly kind throughout. Her knowledge of the Austin area is fantastic with great neighborhood suggestions I never would have found on my own, plus she really knows the local market inside and out. I never felt pressured throughout the whole process as she genuinely cared about finding me the right place. Highly recommend if you want someone whos both an expert and actually nice to work with.
