Melissa was recommended to my brother and I by neighbors of our dad. Our dad passed away in McCloud, CA, in April 2025. My brother and I live in Eureka, CA, about 4 hours away. We were unfamiliar with McCloud and completely out of our depth. Melissa was our lifeline. She led us through the process of selling our dad's house, and we couldn't have done it without her.
