We had an excellent experience listing and then selling our condo with Jamie. After we initially contacted Jamie, he got back to us within a day or two with a full market analysis and recommendations about how best to market our condo in a market that was very unpredictable in Jersey City. We agreed on a marketing plan and Jamie immediately got to work with staging and reaching out to his many contacts about our unit. He timed a price adjustment at what turned out to be an excellent time, as within a week we received multiple offers and accepted one right near our original list price. Jamie then expertly handled post-contract communication with the buyers agent to facilitate the inspection-related matters prior to closing. We very much recommend Jamie to anyone looking to list or buy in NJ.
