We are old hats at selling homes being this was our 7th house sell and I can say without a doubt this was the easiest and best realtor experience. I suggest you do your research but give Megan at least a chance to represent you, she will not disappoint you. But please listen to her if she has suggestions. It is not all about the price with her and that was refreshing.
