We've worked with Lexi on a few different offers now and she's just really good at what she does. The thing that keeps standing out is how she gets offers accepted, especially in competitive situations. She thinks through every angle, what the seller actually cares about, what terms we can flex on, what's going to make our offer stand out, and puts it together in a way that gives us a real shot without overexposing us as buyers.
