Michael went above and beyond the call of duty in the selling of this house. He marketed the house well and was excellent at giving feedback on all the showings. He worked well with the seller, who was out of state, and did a fantastic job helping get the house ready for closing. Michael gave exceptional support when a hip replacement and a broken ankle made it difficult for the seller to travel to the house. We used another realtor before Michael, who never kept in touch and rarely showed the house. There are realtors. And then there is Michael Himmel! We highly recommend him.
