MORGANHOMES

Do not hesitate to hire Drew and Christine to sell your home! They are a powerhouse duo who know the area housing market best. We left our keys to them to make improvements, stage, and sell our home. They did a spectacular job with improvements and staging and in the end, our house sold with offers over asking within a week and a half. We are thrilled with the process, the outcome, and the experience with Drew and Christine. They are honest and smart and won't steer you wrong in any way. They are the area experts and my husband and I recommend them without reservation.

We recently listed and sold two properties with Drew and Christine Morgan of Remax/Morgan Homes. We can't say enough about how great they were through both sales -- extremely thorough and worked very hard for our interests! They were always available to us, at any hour of the day. From the beginning, they immediately took charge of doing what we needed to be done to prep the houses for sale: all the handyman type work, inspections, staging, etc. -- they are extremely hands on and worked very hard for us. Our primary residence sold in days well over the asking price.

I can't say enough about Drew and Christine Morgan's professionalism, timeliness and attention to detail. As out of state sellers they handled all the repairs, marketing (outstanding videos and photos), staging, and the closing paperwork for our home and sold it within 7 days! This was such an easy process for us because they are exceptional. I would give them our highest recommendation.

We cannot recommend Drew and Christine highly enough! Before finding them, we had been putting in offers blindly without any success. Drew and Christine helped us better understand the market and the ins & outs of various cities, constructions techniques and eras of housing. They educated us on the offer process and gave us the confidence need to put in a winning bid. They then worked tirelessly to make sure everything closed on time and they were always responsive and ready to help. If you're looking for knowledgeable, attentive, and effective realtors in the Bay Area, look no further!

Drew & Christine saved us at least $50K when we bought our San Mateo home in 1998 and then made sure we had everything in ship shape to get maximum value when we sold in 2024. They know this area like the back of their hands and I can't recommend them highly enough!
