We are grateful to have found such an approachable and friendly agent who helped us navigate the crazy real estate market in Portland. We met a few other agents and she was the first one who actually took the time to ask and answer our questions and seemed to have our best interests in mind. She showed us about 7-10 houses and was very patient and positive during our search and pointed out the pros and cons of each place. We feel extremely lucky to have found the house we did and we believe that her assertiveness and expertise throughout the whole process helped the transaction go smoothly. She prepared the comparable market pricing analysis and gave us valuable advice to help us buy the home. She was always extremely responsive to the point where I wondered if she ever took a day off!
