What an awesome reality company. Everyone we met was great. The listing agent was out of town on vacation but was able to find the time to call from the side of a mountain to tell us about the property and answer all our questions. The broker, Marla Moreland, was able to get us a very short notice showing. We didnt have our own realtor but that didn't matter, Marla took great care of us and represented our interests very professionally as well as those of her client. She helped us submit an offer that evening and smoothly coordinated the negotiations between us and the seller. Such an easy and pleasant process. About a week after closing, the listing agent Sam came out to just say hello and to meet us in person as he was out of town during the deal. In the future, we'll definitely go straight to Moreland Realty for all our real estate needs!
