Montenegro Group Real Estate

The best real-estate agents in SoCal. Jay and Johanna went above and beyond helping me and my family find a house, walking us through the entire process all while being in Hawaii. They personally met us the day we arrived at our new home at almost 10pm to give us a warm welcome. With out a doubt Jay and his team will be my go to real estate company for any and all future homes, buying or selling.

We are so grateful and blessed for Jay Montenegro and team for their hard work and professional attitude. They highlighted the potential of the property to attract the right buyer. We strongly recommend them to anyone selling a home!

We rented a property that Jay Montenegro took over from another rental agency. We had a horrible experience with the owner's of the property and if Jay had been in charge of the property from the moment we moved in, things would have been better. Jay did his best to help us with the situation and he showed compassion and professionalism. I would recommend Jay for your rental/purchasing needs because it was not his fault the owner's were dishonest and he fought on our behalf for us.

We just arrived in the U.S. with absolutely no credit history and thought renting would be nearly impossible. Jay secured this rental for us, got the lease signed before our trip, and even arranged early move-in with a rent-free period. His communication was clear and efficient, and he patiently answered all our questions in Chinese, which made us feel so much more at ease. Thank you, Jay, for helping us find our very first home in America! Highly recommended aEUR" five stars!

Jay and his entire team were nothing but the best! From start to finish communication was fast, everyone was so friendly, and they helped us get into our beautiful rental smooth and made everything seamless. Amazing god fearing group of people and look to work with them in the future!
