Jay Montenegro and his team were amazing in my experience of buying a condo in Glendale. One of his agents, Jeff Hodaff, introduced us to a condo that was being sold and Jay took us out there to see it in person. After seeing it, I immediately knew I wanted to buy the place. Even though the condo was in high demand and already had other offers, Jay was able to give the listing agents an offer that was advantageous and desirable. Once we were in escrow, Jay was there step-by-step in helping me have a smooth process. Jay's agent, Jeff Hodaff, also took numerous trips with me to Glendale to ensure the property was in good condition and that we were not being sold something that had a lot of issues. Jeff would respond to all our needs and get answers to our questions every time we were doing an inspection. I really could not have asked for a better team when it came to buying this property. Jay Montenegro and Jeff Hodaff are the dream team!

Finding the right real estate agent was the most important task for us when buying our first new home. We are first time home buyers, using our VA Loan and have only the basic understanding regarding purchasing a home. We were referend to Jay Montenegro by a family member who recently purchased a home with Jays help and they had nothing but wonderful words regarding Jays service. We met with Jay and for us we automatically clicked! He shared his role as a realtor and his value is providing efficient service over sales. He has proved that time and agin with his knowledge in local market and new home construction. Every time we visited a home to view Jay did not try to just sell us a home but gave us tips and pointers to what to look for when viewing a home. He took the time to educate us if we are choosing an investment property for the future or simply a home for the family to grow in. When we finally found our home, which will finish construction 7 months later, Jay continued to provide feed back, checked up on us and continued to search other homes Incase something better comes up. The last month before our closing was a roller coaster ride with the builders lender. However Jay took all our troubles away, he listened to our concerns and In the end we got a great interest rate and was able to get the builder incentives even if we didnt go with their lender.
