Nicky was amazing to work with! She helped us sell our old home and purchase our new construction home! She is a great communicator and is always available. Nicky made our transition as smooth as possible minus a little hiccup at the end (not her or our fault). I never felt like asking a question was bothering her. I would definitely use her again (hopefully I wont need to) and recommend her to anyone! Thanks for your kindness, willingness to explain things and availability!

Nicky is the absolute best when it comes to purchasing a home! It is very difficult in this sellers market but with her knowledge and expertise she was able to help my husband and I find the perfect home for our family and in record time! We were out bidded on a couple of contracts but it never stopped her from going extra hard for us! She helped us find our home in about a months time frame. If you are in the Jacksonville area or near by Nicky Nicole is perfect! She was always reachable and answered all of our questions with no hesitation. We put our trust in her and God and got exactly what we asked for!

Nicky was very helpful throughout the home-purchasing process. I was very confident in her ability to get us our house and she pulled through, even when it got difficult. I highly recommended Nicky- she did us wonders!

Nicky Nicole not only gets it sold, she does it with a comforting confidence that assures youre in good hands. She & her team were very responsive, very knowledgeable, & kept us updated weekly with stats. Thank you Nicky Nicole & team for being amazing at what you do!
