John was very helpful & considerate. He offered guidance throughout the entire process, very responsive & timely with updates. He understood my needs, is very trustworthy & had my best interest during a fire situation. John has my utmost respect.

From our first meeting with John we knew we made the right choice. Within a week professional pictures were done, our home was listed and an offer accepted. John and his team were very attentive and informative through the entire process. It amazes us how easy they made this process. We highly recommend John and his team.

John is very knowledgeable and gave great support during the sale of our home. He walked us through every step of the way answering all the questions that we had.

My experience working with John was great. He did a fantastic job for me and my wife. I would recommend him to anybody he was honest and told us trust the process and in the end the process paid off. Thank you so much, John.

John was great at explaining the things I didn't quite understand when it came to the housing market. I was in a crunch logistically to sell my house and purchase one out of state while needing to get a minimum amount net. We went over projected numbers together to have a game plan. I have four cats and a timid, scared rescue dog; so his ability to allow me to accept the viewing requests was icing on the cake. When the offer came in, he was very upfront on what to expect and where we could or couldn't go from there. His industry knowledge and patience with my overthrowing is phenomenal. Highly recommend, five stars. Thanks John!
