I highly recommend Mike Moller, as both a real estate professional, and property manager. Nine years ago, my husband and I traveled from the bay area to peruse the Corning real estate market, and were very fortunate to have worked with Mike Moller, as his local knowledge and expertise abound, thus, we were able to seamlessly purchase four properties. Mike is very thorough, with regard to leases, contracts, and always up to date on landlord/tenant legal mandates. Any landlord knows, that many issues may arise, and the importance of having an adept property manager is key. Mike continues to successfully manage our rental properties, providing us with prompt deposit of the proceeds, and peace of mind. Thanks Mike!
